Transfer to the new server successful
On 2011-03-21, around 5u00, the SQL server with quite some clients' databases was successfully transferred to a new, powerful SQL server 2008 R2.
Remember that you need a new tool to manage your SQL database: SQL
Management Studio 2008. You can download the Express version of this
software free of charge on this Microsoft website.
MICROSOFT SQL MANAGEMENT STUDIO 2008
Except for this new management tool, you do not have to change anything and you keep all the same connection data.
